Getting in Shape

I DID IT! All of you supportive knotties were right :)


I was feeling really frustrated having only lost 3 pounds this month after hitting the gym almost 6 hours a week and eating right (protein, simple carbs, veggies and the correct amount of calories). All of you were so supportive and reminded me to take measurements, not be so reliant on the scale etc etc.

AND YOU WERE RIGHT! I went to the gym tonight and at the end of my workout got my body fat percentage measured and it dropped 3% this month :) My fit coach worked out the math and for my weight that means I lost 5 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle.

So thank you to all who told me not to be frustrated. I am over the moon excited right now. This is only month one and I have a ways to go but this was amazing motivation :)
