    I've had this "cold" thing for over a month and I'm starting to think I should go to the doctor.  It's not something I usually do, because I'm  not that sick, but it's been SO long.  I hate to waste the money or take antibiotics but seriously... whatever this is,it's gotta go.

    B: PB choc banana smoothie ( 5)
    L: taco salad-lettuce (0), salsa(0), guacamole (2), shredded beef (3)
    S: raspberries (1), nectarine (1)
    D: Out to dinner with the IL's for DH's birthday-not sure what to eat, probably a grilled chicken sandwich.  Everything else is fried.  (10)

    E: none.  All I feel like doing is sleeping.  Enough pretending like I'm going to work out.

  • thanks katie - do you think its just allergies? colds usually dont last that long!!! i know this is a really really bad allergy season for a lot of people so possible its that? def go to the dr, though....you dont want to wear down your body for that long!

    Gosh, feel better soon Kim..and you too Little Katie! I never had allergies til this years...sucks!

    Edit: Had my dress fitting and still need to post pics. ;)

    Day off so i'm heading to the beach. :) But I'm packing my lunch! But I do have babyisitting late this eafternoon until 11pm. blah!

    L- salad with chick peas(2), 1 c blueberries (1)

    The last two days have been rough....I'm feeling fat and guilty. :-(

  • So I am going to On The Border tonight (yum chips and salsa) but I really wanted to stick to 20 points since WI tomorrow and I was at my top end (140) last week.  However, I did peak at the scale this morning and it was down 1.2 so I'm hoping for good news tomorrow at my "official" WI.

  • Morning! I feel a lot better today. I'm going to try really hard to stay on track today. This Saturday will be my first weigh in for a month!

  • Jholbel - On the Border has 100 calorie margaritas! They aren't the most delicious, but they do the trick.

  • Thanks ladies!  I'm going to try some allergy medicine and see if that does the trick-I just hate taking anything.  I'm actually kind of afraid it could be something like mono-but they don't do anything for that anyway unless you're really sick (and I'm definitely not).  Oh well... it has to go away eventually whatever it is.

  • hey ladies!  bad day for :( i got off to good start with my breakfast, but went to chili's with my boss for lunch.  in NY, chain restaurants are required to put calorie info on the menus and it is so discouraging!!

    oh well, i'll just try to eat a light dinner and start fresh tomorrow. keep up the good work!

    LOL -- I am really trying to stick to my points so its probably just water for me tonight.  Last week's WI wasn't great and I have been really good this week to make up for it.  And WI is tomorrow morning!  I almost considered not meeting my friends for dinner because of it, but I realized that made me super duper lame, so I am just planning accordingly.
