E1: lifiting at lunch (approx 35-40 minutes)
L: baby spinach salad w/ 1.5 oz grilled plain chicken, 1/4 c. chickpeas and HB egg, 1 T zesty Italian dressing
S3: Kashi Cherry Dark chocolate granola bar
E2: elliptical 45-50 minutes

grilled Italian chicken w/ skillet parmesan zucchini, 1 c. milk
S: 100 cal popcorn during Wipeout (guilty pleasure but watching those people kill themselves on that crazy obstacle course is hysterical)
