Getting in Shape

Any weight loss tips for the already (relatively) slim??

I need help! I want to be healthy and lean for my wedding, and the rest of my life!

It seems when I'm not concerned with my weight I am always a bit slimmer, usually about 103lbs.
Now I have decided to start eating healthier meals and I got a job that makes me break a sweat mon-fri. Seriously, I normally never excercise so this is about the equivilent of going to the gym for me.

I don't have a scale at home so I just assumed I would lose a little wieght or tone, but when I went to try on wedding dress I was told I needed a size 6 dress.
I know wedding dresses run small but this took me by suprise. I assumed I would need a size 2 at the most.
I quickly went to my mother-in-laws place to get on a scale and discovered I am almost at 110lbs!

So now I am at a loss... What can I do to slim when excercising and eating better food is making me bulk up? If I quit trying to be healthier will I go back to my average weight or will I gain more?

And how much should I weigh if I want to wear a size 2 dress??
