L- probably Subway
D- I have been SUPER lazy about cooking in this heat.  We have been eating out/grilling burgers waaay too much lately.  I am hoping to makegrilled chicken burritos tonight

E- HIIT

    S: apple and string cheese
    L: baby spinach and arugula w/ green onion and chicken, homemade dressing
    S: almonds, craisins and string cheese
    D: Egg Sandwiches

    B - raisin toast w/ tea
    L - tuna on a pita...I think
    S - Cherries! Yum!
    D - tomato pesto pasta (if it's not too hot), if it's too hot to cook (AGAIN!) then I'll do a salad and BBQ grilled chicken.

    E - Aquafit tonight!

  • Boo Monday.  Four days of camping and mountan biking makes me hate my office.

    B: low-carb tortilla, cheese, and jalapenos.  and a leftover bratwurst.

    D: quinoa and steamed asparagus
    S: string cheese

    E: power sculpt video in am; probably spin in pm.

    D: turkey & black bean burritos, roasted veggies

    E: if raining, gym for back & legs.. if not: giant pile of split wood that needs moved & stacked. plus 100 pushups w2d1

  • I have a headache and want to go back to bed now.... I'm so over this work stuff - lol

    B - half a bagel with cream cheese and banana
    S - greek yogurt
    L - carrots and hummus and probably something ordered in like a salad or a tuna wrap.
    S - protien shake
    D - I have no clue... I have no food at home and need to go to the store but dont want to.

    E - nothing so far. Stayed in bed late because of headache. Maybe a walk tonight if I feel better.... wow I am really whiney today! I better warn the FI before he gets home =)

  • B - small whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese, coffee with ff creamer and protein powder
    S - carrots and hummus
    L - leftover whole wheat pasta with oven dried tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil
    S - mini protein bar
    D - on my own, so TBD. Either a protein shake and something else (like a small salad) or a veggie burger on a salad with lf dressing.

    E - training (strength) for 50 minutes

    I'm a newbie over here, but I'll jump in.

    B- egg beaters, kashi cereal w/ 1% milk
    S- banana w/natural peanut butter
    L-low carb wrap with low fat cream cheese, spinach and turkey
    S-Wassa Crackers with laughing cow cheese
    D-Grilled chicken and whole wheat israeli couscous salad
    E- tradmill and bike funness at the gym

  • Little late but better than nothing :)

    B - 2 multigrain waffles w/ 1 tbsp natural PB and 1 tsp SF strawberry jelly
    S - banana
    L - 3 slices honey ham on lavash wrap with laughing cow, dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato and cucumber
    S - either baby carrots w/ hummus or a nectarine (or both if I'm hungry)
    D - tuna stir fry (or possibly another wrap depending on how my first attempt at this goes...)
    S???

    E - 30 min NMTZ (was running late this morning), 30 min HIIT. Legs are feeling somewhat better. Gave them the weekend off which seemed to help. The left still feels iffy but the right feels almost back to ok haha. Stupid shins...
