Thursday Accountability

Good morning!
B- 2 eggs, light english muffin, 1/2 slice cheese, coffee
S- yogurt with grapenuts
L- grilled chicken salad
D-????????  not sure

E- only did HIIT yesterday so Back and biceps it is today!

    B - 2 whole grain waffles w/ 1 tbsp natural PB and 1 tsp raspberry SF preserve
    S - banana
    L - shaved chicken breast on lavash wrap w/ laughing cow, lettuce, cucumber, avocado, and tomato
    S - baby carrots w/ hummus
    D - tuna stir fry

    E - 35 min elliptical with arm weights at lunch (didn't get to do this yesterday so my schedule's all off)

    It's so hot here, I just want to sleep in an A/C'd room.  They still haven't fixed the A/C here at work.  Yuck.

    We got some pretty crappy news yesterday about my H's BFF's son, so we might be going to spend some time with them tonight, so, workout/dinner plans are currently up in the air.

    B: Chocolate PB Banana shake w/ ice, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: nectarine
    L: grilled peppers and onion in a whole wheat wrap w/ chicken and a bit of BBQ sauce
    S: almonds and craisins
    D: if we're home, Turkey saususage and corn on the BBQ, if not, TBD

    E: if we're home, NROL4W Stage 5B Workout 3, if not, rest and walking around downtown TO

  • Woo, the good thing about short weeks is..... they're short! Annual checkup this afternoon. Actually excited to let them weigh me & run my blood work. It's been a hell of a year, with almost 40lbs lost.

    B: oatmeal w/ blueberries, coffee & soy milk
    S: almonds & grapes
    L: hummus w/ veggies & pita bread & pinto beans w/salsa
    D: Either leftover turkey burgers or chicken sausages & some kind of vegetable
    E:100 pushups w1d2, full body once-over lifting

    B - Homemade banana bread with natural PB and protein powder in skim milk
    S - greek yogurt
    L - White bean salad with assorted veggies
    S - hummus and carrots
    D - chicken sausages with grilled squash and maybe some baked beans depending on the hunger level

    E - 40 minute walk this AM

    E- SO HOT! I didn't get my walk this morning but I'm hitting the gym this afternoon.  Full body weights me thinks.
