Hey guys! I was in an accident in July (been a loooong sloooow recovery!) and I broke my leg. I'm weight bearing now, though I still have a boot. I'm small, so I don't need to lose any weight. I'm just looking to get toned. Any thoughts on exercises I can do to tone my body without being too strenuous on my leg? I'd love to build it up a bit but I know I need to do it gradually, so for now I'm just focusing on my upper body. I got a pilates DVD but haven't tried it yet. Any thoughts?
