Getting in Shape

arm exercises at my desk??

I brought my 5lb weights to work and now I'm clueless about what to do with them besdies biceps, triceps, and shoulders. 

Also, I need advice for how many reps to do, for how long, etc.  I usually use a higher weight, (which is why the 5lbs are at work now), but i'm not sure how to get the intensity in using the lighter weight.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
