I can't believe it's only Wednesday, this week feels like it's been going on forever.
B: overnight oats, chocolate/PB/banana style, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and string cheese
L: salad w/ baby spinach, salmon fillet, grapefruit sections and 1/2 avocado
S: greek yogurt w/ black berries

spiced pork tenderloin w/ pear cranberry relish (that we were supposed to have yesterday)
E: we will FINALLY do NROL Break-In B2
PW: chocolate raspberry protein shake.
