Has anyone had success with this? I was excited to do it but I seem to be stuck on week two. I am repeating it now for the first time, but I am pretty sure I am going to end up repeating it a second time. I am getting stronger but it seems to be happening much more slowly than the workout plan assumes. I wonder if it's because it was designed by a man and they already have so much more upper body strength naturally.
I guess I am just looking for some encouragement and/or wisdom.
