Hey all! I am about 40 days away from being a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding and about 3 mths from my own wedding and realized that I need to change my diet big time! I drink about 2 cokes a day and have pretty much eaten whatever I wanted. I work out about 4 to 5 times a week and meet with a trainer 3 times a week so I do not need to change my gym routine but it is what I eat! Those brownie bowls by Duncan Hines are my downfall.. I fidn myself eating one of those each day. I am 5'9 and I weigh 153. When I was in the best shape of my life, I weighed about 148 lbs, so I need to lose about 5 lbs. my trainer keeps yelling at me concerning my diet saying he is doing all he can to tone me up but it is up to me to change my diet. I just need accountability from you all on how to lose the weight and the inches by my wedding date.
my job is really stressful so I find myself mindlessly munching throughout the day. Any tips on some good snack foods that you can eat at work that will not put on the fat? I also need tips for meals you can make quickly for lunch or dinner... I have found I am relying on frozen tv dinners and frozen meals in a bag and those are loaded with sodium and calories.
