Morning all.  I think I have a food hangover.  I just can't eat junky food without feeling like crap anymore.  I guess that's a good thing!

B: whole wheat english muffin w/ natural PB and a banana, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and yogurt cup
L: mixed greens w/ avocado, tuna and grapefruit, sweet onion dressing
S: carrots and hummus
D: ground turkey chili

E: NROL Break-in Workout A1, the H and I are starting today!
PW: chocolate raspberry protein shake
