Getting in Shape

4 pounds left to go and 25 Days BUT...

I have the stress snacking bug. I tried snacking on fruits adn veggies mostly, but I get everything in my path. I snack snack and snack some more.
I am worried that I will bloat really fast before the wedding. i work out, but I am not sure if I am compensating for my urges.

Anyone else here?
