I've done this before, so I know how hard it is to lose those last 10 -- to get to that sweet spot where you're comfortable and look great. But I've never done it healthily, and this time I am. So tell me:
Running 3 miles, 3 times a week; weight lifting; walking a mile a day and eating a balanced 1500 calories a day, can I lose those last 10 pounds in the 13.5 weeks I've got before my last fitting? Have you had this kind of success with this kind of effort?
