I'm not sure that this is really important but it's been bugging me so I thought I'd see if anyone could enlighten me!
I track my calories and my cardio on SparkPeople but I've noticed that the calories that SP says that I burn is substansially different from what the equipment I'm working out on says I'm burning. Which one is more accurate? I put my weight into the treadmill and the eliptical so I'm assuming they're more accurate than SP? Or does SP account for your weight as well?
