Getting in Shape

Too much protein?

Now that I am moved into my new house, I need to get back on track with eating right and exercising regularly.  So, I tried tracking my calories on livestrong. com which breaks down my intake of different categories.  I typed in what I plan on eating tomorrow, so I can tweak it now and plan for a good day. I noticed I plano on eating way more protein than they suggested.  The main sources are from a thai chopped chicken salad from panera for lunch and pork tenderloin for dinner.  I had also planned on adding a post work out protein smoothie from my gym but may decide against it.  What would be the downsides of consuming too much protein?
