goals for the week - sorry i'm late!

sorry girls, i'm never on the knot unless i'm at work, so i missed our goals post for yesterday!

anyway - what are your goals for this week?

i'm working on getting in a short workout in the morning and my main workout in at night before i hit the hay.

  • My goal is to continue my good working out and eating plan, and not let the weekend ruin what I've done all week long. 2 days swimming, 2 days lifting, 2 days running, then whatever else I feel like doing on the other days.

  • My big goal is to finish NROL4W.  And pick what I'll be doing next.  After my next workout I'm on rest week, so, I guess I'll also aim to keey my food in check over the weekend.
