Getting in Shape

Started WW need some advice!

Hello, I am just recently engaged and have been wanting to lose weight for some time but due to finishing up nursing school and other life stresses I just haven't had the time/motivation. I decided to join ww March 1st as I've heard great things about it and so far it's been okay. I feel like all I'm eating is fruits nad vegtables and just smaller portions of what I already was eating. I lost 3lb my first week so that's a start but any suggestions on breakfasts/lunches particularly?  For anyone that has had success do you literally just stay within your points and lose weight? I have been doing zumba at home on the wii for 20 minutes at least twice a week and I'm bumping that up to 20-45 tminutes as much as possible. I also have a dog and with the weather getting warmer hope to get out and get moving. Any advice/success stories to keep me going I'd appreciate :)) Thanks!
