  • I did it in groups of 25 today. I feel like i need to do them all at once to feel it. Or I'm doing something wrong.

  • I did my 100 for the day :] I broke them up in to sets of 25. I did them before and after my P90X workout!

  • Hi! None of you know me probably, but I saw the June Booty Call post and decided to do it. I also broke them up into sets of 25. I did two sets at a time, no problem. Had to rest, and then do the other 2 sets. My ass hates me now, but it should be looking good by the end of June :)

  • I did them all in one rep while standing in front of a mirror to check my form. Once I got to 50 I told myself, meh, why not do the next 50? I was waddling afterwards and felt it when I was walking around the store later.

  • Got 50 done - 50 to do later tonight.  The advice that Raynes posted on how to do a good squat is WICKED! I also made sure to do them in front of a mirror to check my form.

  • Half way through! I'm going to do the rest at home with my 3lb weights - I liike them for stability and my form is better with a counter-balance.

  • I am off to start now...I am also going to do 4 sets of 25. What other workouts is everyone doing?
  • I had my crazy class today and I lost count of how many squats we actually did but I know we did at least 50 one leggeds on each side and at least 50 with heavy weights and then 90 seconds of squat jumping on and off a box.  I'm gonna go ahead and count that as my June 1 but I'll be back to regular 100s tomorrow.

  • Meredith - You gave me a great idea!! I think I'm going to try and do mine on the bosu ball at my gym! I bet the weights definitely help!

  • Done!! I went to spinning tonight and did them while cooking dinner!! Stir one, two, three, squat one, two, 100!!  Yeah but my backside is going to be really sore.

  • I missed day one, so it looks like I'll have to make up that 100 over the next few days.

  • I'm in! Did my 100 yesterday, and broke them up into sets of 25. I'll probably work up to doing two sets of 50 by next week. 

    Also, ouch! My quads are feeling it this morning. . .
