So, I've really slacked off this summer. It's so hard to count points on vacation or at BBQs and I kind of just realized how much I miss eating whatever I'd like. I have lost, regained, and lost the same 5 pounds three times since April. I'm really ready to be done losing weight to be honest, but I'm not there yet. So today I am recommiting myself to the diet-plan.
I went to the doctor and had my thyroid rechecked and started couting points again and hopefully I can get back on the band wagon. I'm starting dress shopping soon and I'd really love to lose a little more before I go. Plus our engagement photos are in late October!
