Hello!
I'm Chelsea. I'm recenty engaged, and though my wedding is over a year away, I'm using the extra time to get myself in shape. Wedding dresses and pictures are wonderful motivators.

So far I've cut down on calories and turned everything in our home into fat-free and whole grains. FH is working with me on this, so I've even got him checking the nutritional informationon things now! We also work out together M-F at the gym in our apartment complex. I feel so lucky to have a gym partner who is supportive and motivated, too.
So... Hello everyone! I'll add what I can to advice for other members, and I'm always looking out for good ideas and great tips. I'm very glad to be here.
