soOoOooo....

have not lost more than 4 lbs since starting gym/counting calories/eating healthier, BUT...

There's some new muscles trying to peek out through the chub!  I first noticed my pant legs fitting a little looser, then I accidentally felt "an ab" where I used to only feel squish.  Then, it really hit me when I saw a Bicep!  eeeee!   Things are HAPPENING!  NOW I feel motivated!
