B: 2 packets of low sugar instant Oatmeal - Apples and Cinnamon
S: WW String Cheese
L: Chicken Parm Lean Cuisine
S: 1 cup lite Gourmet Popcorn (to support the Boy Scouts!)
D: Whatever FI makes because it's his Friday off

E: Hoping for a gym night. Extended run and then lower body strength training

ETA: I swapped out the Lean Cuisine meal for a chef salad from wawa. Wasn't feeling the pasta today.
