I know P90x has been beaten to death around here and I have read all of the post but my questions is about the diet that comes with the program. I want to do this the right way but I can't eat have the things in the diet. I can't eat cheese, milk or eggs. I also can't stand fish with leaves me with chicken and shakes. Do you think if I just follow the % of fats, carbs and protein would it work the same. Any advice that you have would be amazing!
