Getting in Shape

Help me get started

I want to, more like NEED to loose 30-40 pounds by this time next year.  Now I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but I have always struggled with my weight.  In fact, I had gastric by-pass about 6 years ago and lost about 130 pounds.  I went through my divorce and lost about another 20.  Then I met the love of my life and gaine 30 pounds in one year after he moved in.  

I have already purchased my dress, about 1 1/2 sizes to small.  (but the deal was way to good to pass up.)  I know that once I start seeing the pounds go, I will be able to keep going.  It's just getting going that I'm having issues with! 

I am starting a strick water diet tomorrow.  One cup of coffee in the am, 1/4th cup of bran flakes with skim milk, spinach and tomatoes for lunch and no dinner.  I'm hoping to start with 40 oz of water (about the same of pop/soda I used to drink a day) per day and work up to a gallon by the end of the month.

I know this isn't healthy and the little to no eating will only last a week or so until I "clean" my system out.  My question is...how do I loose weight and still eat?
