Saturday Accountablity

I know, accountability on the weekends.  Blah!  But these posts seem to help me keep myself in line.  The more people I tell about what I'm planning to eat and do, the more I feel obligated to do it and not be a liar.

B - 2 eggs scrambled in butter with hot sauce on high fiber whole wheat tortilla, banana, coffee with skim milk and sugar
S - probably nothing after that breakfast
L - TBD, but planning on soup either at home (Progresso Light) or out (Zoup!)
S - almonds and raisins
D - homemade margherita pizza and Dole light Ceasar salad kit with FI and MOH

E - 6 mile run around 3... gotta get used to the heat :(
