Right ladies ... I am looking for some good motivation ideas to get back into shape for that special wedding day?
I am not a morning person and only get home at 6pm in the evening. It is cold and dark by then. When I get home I am tired from the stressful day at work and the traffic i had been in for 1/2 hour and just want to cook dinner and relax.
What can you suggest .. anyone been in my shoes??
