I am thinking of making chili rubbed tilapia tonight and I was wondering if I make extra can they be eaten tomorrow and taste just as good or is tilapia not very good as leftovers? I hardly ever make fish and I am only cooking for one tonight.
fiance is working out of town, so there is for sure be leftovers.
