Calorie Counters

Hi everyone! I just switched over to Calorieking from WW. My question is - do you guys eat back the calories you burn? It says for me to eat 1300 calories, however, there are often days where I burn 600-700 calories at the gym based on my HRM. I used to eat back the activity points I earned in WW but on the new system I have not because I am actually eating more than 1300 calories. What do you guys think??
