Valentines <3 Day Accountability!

Good morning and Happy Valentines day Knotties!

B- Banana, scrambled egg whites, light wheat toast, coffee
L-  tuna sandwich on light wheat
S-yogurt with protein powder and berries
D- Lets see if FI takes me out...??if soo, some type of salad or grilled fish

E- Triceps, Shoulders, 30 min elliptical

    Today might be a struggle to stay OP. Yesterday was, for sure.

    D: steak and potatoes (?)

    i feel so lazy today.  all i want to do is sleep and eat chocolate.  not a good plan.

    s - 100 cal. kettle korn
    l - turkey, egg white, and cheese sandwich on arnold thin
    d - tbd.
    s - something sweet

    e - none, sabbath rest day
