As I type this I am sweating bullets! Just got done doing three miles of the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home - Walk Slim DVD, and I just felt like I needed to plug her.
Never have I felt so great, energized and excited to work out at home, especially since I prefer the gym but this woman is fantastic and so is her method. She uses real people and routines that are great for beginners but give those with more experience a good workout.
Everything is measured by the mile so you can choose to do one, two, three or all four miles and still feel like you got a workout. I think she's fantastic!
Has anyone else tried the Walk Away the Pounds series??
