Herbalife??

Anyone use Herbalife?
One of a my friends has been on it for a few months and has had great results. Anyone else?

Hi. I am actually an Herbalife Distributor and became one after I started using the products and had great results.  If you follow a program, you will see results.  It has great nutritional value as well.  I love the shakes and am no longer trying to lose weight but just like the way I feel using the products. Not to mention great energy levels too.  I think you will like it:)

I don't like the idea of taking anything (other than vitamins).  In my opinion, you get results by putting in the work - both in the gym and by eating a balanced diet. 

If your friend is getting good results I doubt it is by taking any kind of "magic pill."  I know a lot of people claim they have great results from taking supplements but I'm very wary of these claims and personally think its more likely that their results stem from eating less, exercising more and drinking tons of water.  I think all of those things are required while taking the supplements to get maximum results.  IMO you could skip the supplement portion and just work out, eat right and drink water.

Yes, I have been using Herbalife for about three months and I love it. I have lost about ten pounds and it's pretty easy to follow.

I'm with sherrbearr. A healthy diet and exercise are free and results will be long lasting if you keep at it. Not to mention every doctor in the world will tell you it's good for you. You can't say the same about this stuff. Not to mention it makes me a little weary when you go to their website and there's a little tiny note saying "not approved by the Food and Drug Administration."
