High impact, low impact, barely doing much at all... It doesn't matter how easy I go on my right knee, it HURTS while working out. I first noticed it this summer while taking a kickboxing class--when kicking, my leg felt like it was coming apart at the knee! It hasn't been that bad lately, but it doesn't feel great, either.
My parents both have rheumatoid arthritis, and my dad's knee problems are further compounded by an old injury. I danced for seven years, but don't remember wrenching either knee horrifically.
Maybe I'm freaking out more than is necessary, but I did thirty minutes on a treadmill today at 5. It's past midnight and my knee STILL feels wonky.
Anyone have any ideas that don't require seeing a doctor? I'm a college student and uninsured
