30 Day with Jillian Michaels?

Has anyone used the "30 Day Shred" with Jillian Michaels? What were your results? (I have 2 months until the big day!)

    It's awesome. Definitely give it a try. It will give you very quick and rewarding results. I'd recommend partnering it with cardio.

    I'm doing it as a supplement/complement to my other activities.  I like it very much.  I also like the BL Power Sculpt video.

  • I am using it and I love it. I pair it with weight training. However after two months you may get bored of it. I am nearly there. :)
  • I'd definitely add some cardio in it - I've found it's helpful that once you master level 1, it's nice to do both level 1 and level 2 in one day. It's one hell of a workout, especially if you add in some cardio.
    Also, you can't forget good diet in with your workouts.

  • It is amazing! Stick to it, like 5 times a week. It helped me lose 15 lbs. As long as you are committed and put in a lot of effort, you will definitely see results.

  • I love this workout because it is quick and I use it on days I can't get the full hour workout it.  The only downside is I have mastered all of level 1 except for those darn pushups!!  Drives me nuts.  I tried level two, but its a lot more abs and I just want to be able to do some pushups before I start

    Any advice on pushups?  Can't even do them on my knees (well maybe 2-3)
  • I've used it and had good results.  Once I got passed the first week or two, I started running a mile soon as I finished or doubling up.  I have slipped up on my workouts, but I am starting over with Jillian.  She is really tough.
