Workout Out After Sickness

Hi Ladies,

I need some advice. I started at my new gym a few weeks ago, and did great until I came down with the flu. Now, I've been out almost a week. I love the gym and can't wait to get back, but am also afraid of starting up too much too quickly and coming down sick again. How long should I wait before returning to the gym? Thanks in advance!
