Back in college, my most successful weight loss was when I went back to my kindergarten roots and gave myself stickers on a calendar printed out in my room. I got a sticker for a workout that day, as well as a sticker for staying on track food wise. I then gave myself rewards like a mani/pedi, massage, new clothes or shoes, etc.
I decided to re-institute the plan, and then found a huge pack of Lisa Frank motivational stickers on Amazon

. What better way to keep myself on track.
