  • lost 1.6 at WI this morning. i really expected to gain more like i did last week becaues i have been seriously eating my emotions lately. gotta stop that. so only 0.4 left to lose of the 2lbs i gained last week.

    going to the bakery after work to order the gluten-free top tier of our cake. going to try my hardest not to purchase any goodies but i might give in and get some yummy bread or one treat to share with my sis who gets home (from Poland!) on friday

  • Yay, Kim! That is a great loss!

    I did really great yesterday! Got in all my GHGs and only ate 5 extra points. I also sneaked a peek at the scale this morning and if I'm diligent today and tomorrow, I should eek by with a loss on Friday. So, I must not have gone as overboard as I thought this weekend.

    B - oatmeal (2), chai tea (0)
    L - lean cuisine (6), pear (1), string cheese (1)
    D - asparagus (1), broccoli (0), ________ (?)

    I'm not sure about dinner yet. It depends on how much I feel like cooking. I have some of those sandwich pocket things that go in the oven -- it's got black beans, corn, salsa, cheese, and other stuff inside and it is 5 points. So maybe that. Or maybe another portobella sandwich. I still have two big ones left over from the BBQ this past weekend.

    I'm also going to the gym tonight -- hoping to do at least half an hour on the elliptical and maybe a mile jog. Yay!

  • Morning!  Good job Kim!  I'm a little stressed today about my thesis committee meeting tomorrow (I'm asking if I can graduate-I really hope they have minimal work I have to do before I can write my dissertation.)  I'm also starting to get a little worried about all the little things I need to do for the wedding-email the bridesmaids and the cake lady and blah blah blah.  Trying to stay calm and focused.  Oh and my dress has to be taken in more so I have another fitting Friday morning-hopefully the last one!
