Getting in Shape

Numb Toes?

Whenever I'm doing cardio (mainly on machines), my toes start to go numb about 15-20 minutes in. It happens quicker on the stationary bike and elliptical than on the treadmill/walking the track. I can wiggle my toes and it will stop for a minute, but then come back. My PT thought it might be my shoes, but they are not too tight. I even loosened them a little before my workout today just in case; any looser and they'd slip off! Getting off the equipment and walking around or jumping seems to help make it stop, but it has even happened during Zumba classes. 

I have Hashimoto's hypothyroidism and poor circulation in my feet (they get cold very easily), so I plan on mentioning this to my endo at my appointment in a few weeks. 

Has anyone else had a similar occurrence/any tips?
