I haven't been on TK long..I guess I am called a newb. I haven't even looked at this board until today. What great advice and I love how supportive everyone is!
I used to be better about my workout routine...and I've always been pretty good at eating well, but the working out has really been hard for me to stick to. Can I hang out here and get some advice from you guys and share ideas?
On another related note: yesterday I happened upon a great deal: a nice, functional elliptical machine that someone sold me for only $30! I also finally bought my own set of hand weights the other day. So, I am ready to get back into it. I am thinking that maybe some home workout videos would be easier for me to fit into my schedule. Any suggestions?
