I just saw a story on the news about motivatoinal text messages to help smokers lose weight, and I thought, some has GOT to have come up with this for losing weight.
Has anyone heard of it?? I want to sign up for something like this to keep me encouraged. I'd be willing to pay a small, very small amount for it but haven't been able to find anything.
