Getting in Shape

Need help moving forward?

I've been dieting since October 2010 and first started doing WW. But after months of being hungry I just got fed up with it and decided to just do portion control and just watching what I eat. From about October to January I lost about 20 pounds and until now have lost only 4 more pounds. I do notice a little difference in the mirror though but deffinately not even close to what I want to look like I am tired of my belly fat,back fat, and my thigh jiggle. Also, on top of all of that I go to the gym at least 3 times a week (since I work a nightshift of 12 hours Im a LOT more tired now and its sometimes hard to get out of bed to go) and also my gym is only open on weekdays. Anyways, I do about 3 hours of cardio a week sometimes less sometimes more and also add lifting and an ab routine. To top it all off I've been in a boot since I severely sprained and tore cartlidge in my right foot im not able to do ANYTHING on the treadmill where theres a lot of impact on my foot, VERY frustrating since Im getting married in 6 months. I mostly do the bicycle and eliptical. Really I just wanna know what Im doing wrong. Im too unhappy with my weight to even go dress shopping. Any suggestions girls? Im all ears, and thank you so much! I know Im just a basket case! BTW I'm looking to lose at least 20-30 more pounds :[
