A couple days ago I posted about sometimes dropping a couple hundred calories below my 1500ish that I'm trying to eat. Today is looking to be a big problem, because I brought a can of soup for lunch. Here's my day (calorie counts per Lose-it app):
B- Hard boiled egg, greek yogurt (full fat): 308 calories
L- Chicken & Penne soup (whole can): 180 calories (also high in sodium!)
S- Banana: 90 calories
D- Chile Grilled Cheese: 630 calories
BTW, this is delicious:
http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/hot_chile_grilled_cheese.html So my total is 1208 right now. Tonight I'll be in a *slightly embarassed* pole dancing fitness class, and I have no idea how many calories that will burn.
Clearly I need to beef up my lunch, but a salad won't get me many extra alories, and I don't want to eat too much more fat today, between the cheese, yogurt, and egg I'll already have had.
Help?
