So I have been working out and doing 30DS with heavier weights. Wednesday I noticed that my shoulder was really sore so I took that day as my rest day. Well yeseterday it was so sore i took some Advil. I went to the gym and was only going to run but I also did Biceps and tri's. Now my shoulder is killing me again.... any advice? its the front left part of my shoulder. So it hurts to move my arm up or to the side. Im bummed because I feel like I cant do push ups or planks or anything and we are leaving on on honeymoon first week of March.
Advice?
