The reason I am asking is because my trainer wants me to start doing it...now I can totally understand why, and I want to get in shape for my April 2012 wedding, but this is hard!!! First off, I have four kids too and I can't prepare different meals lol. It's a LOT of work. I am commited to getting into shape and losing weight for myself and the wedding, but wondering if I can even modify it a bit. has anyone done this with success? what kind of foods did you eat?
