    I just joined the site...I'm Bear47 on the site.  We can make a Knottie /motivation support group - so friend me!

    The phone app is AWESOME!  I used to be on Weight Watchers, but when they switched to the new Points Plus plan, I gained.  Trying this new site and using old point system to help out.
