Getting in Shape

Frustrated with weight loss the last 2 weeks

Okay for some of you part of this might be TMI, but whatever I need some advice.  So my FI and I have been working out and eating right for about a month and I have lost so far about 11lbs now I know that is good for a month.  But, my issue is for the last almost two weeks now I have barely been able to drop 1lb  I dont know what is going on it is to early to be in plateau mood.  Also, since I have increase my protein I have not be able to go to the bathroom the way I should, I eat vegatables and even eat a couple of prunes a day, does anyone have any suggestion on how to jump start my weight loss again and go to the bathroom regualry.
