Hi ladies! This is my first post here, and I've gotten some great tips, so I hope I can get some more for my situation.
I have lost about 12 pounds since January by eating less/healthier and working out. For the record, I'm 5'6" and now weigh 187.
My main workout time is my lunch break. Between getting to the gym and changing/showering/etc, I'm left with about 20 minutes of workout time.
For now I've been running. I started at a 13-14 minute mile and I'm currently doing a mile between 11.5 and 12 minutes. This has been good so far, along with the occasional evening and weekend workout with the 30 Day Shred.
I'm wondering though if anyone has any recommendations for how to BEST use this precious 20 minutes? Is running the best thing I can do right now? It certainly makes me sweat.
