We have been doing 30 Day Shred. We love the first section. But the second and third are kinda lacking. We don't enjoy them, I think it is due to all the plank stuff. My wrists can't handle that.
Any suggestions on someting that is a bit longer and has more variety? P90X is too hard for right now. I have heard that Jillian's Metabolism video is good. Any ideas?
