is there such thing? i've been doing the elliptical everyday for the past week for 20 mins a day. I am a little sore but I know that's normal. Should I give it a break tonight or keep working at it? I want to work out tonight just because I am going to my parents this Thurs-Mon so I don't know how much exercising I will get in then...but I don't wanna overdo it, ya know? i would loooove your insight!
