The day was fabulous! It was a little warm but the lakeside wind kept the outdoor ceremony breezy and cool enough. The dancing continued until the bittersweet end. All my vendors were amazing (except a slight glitch with the shuttle bus transportation), I was absolutely stunned by how the reception hall looked when I got there. Shout out to Perez Photography, Branching Out Events (florist, decorator), Elicia with Altar Ego Weddings (coordinator and keeper of sanity), our wonderful officiant Father Todd, Panini Cakes (every guest wanted to come up and tell me how it was the most amazing cake ever), Wendy Krispin caterer (and every guest gushed about the food and signature cocktails), Kristie Luv (hair and makeup), Melody from Melodies and Memories (DJ and lighting), Paciugo Lakewood for our gelato cart.... oh man! It went by fast but I felt like I was really able to enjoy my day and not sweat the details.
Off to pack for the honeymoon (leave at 7:00am tomorrow!) But just wanted to write a few quick notes. Will post more detailed vendor reviews when I get back from the honeymoon!
